[4] SwunkCraft Wide Rules:

1) Treat other community members with respect. Act in a polite and respectful manner.

2) Avoid excessive spamming, all caps, etc.

3) Do not harass other members of the community during a dispute (or ever), contact our AdminTeam if you have a problem.

4) Do not post personal information of yourself or others

5) Do not promote any manner of illegal activity

6) Do not post content or conversation with the intent of starting a fight or elicit a negative response

7) No hate speech, bullying, harassment, sexual-solicitation, or threats.

8) Be nice, Joking/sarcasm are ok, Bullying/Harassment are not

9) No NSFW

10) No advertising/self-promo (except ingame content)

11) Do not systematically retrieve data or other content from the Site to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission from us.

12) Do not make any unauthorized use of SwunkCraft, including collecting usernames and/or email addresses of users by electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited email, or creating user accounts by automated means or under false pretenses.

13) Do not circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of SwunkCraft, including features that prevent or restrict the use or copying of any Content or enforce limitations on the use of SwunkCraft and/or the Content contained therein.

14) Do not trick, defraud, or mislead us and other users, especially in any attempt to learn sensitive account information such as user passwords.

15) Do not interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on SwunkCraft servers or the networks or services connected to SwunkCraft.

16) Do not attempt to impersonate another user or person or use the username of another user.

17) Do not use SwunkCraft as part of any effort to compete with us or otherwise use SwunkCraft and/or the Content for any revenue-generating endeavor or commercial enterprise.

18) Do not attempt to bypass any measures of SwunkCraft designed to prevent or restrict access to SwunkCraft, or any portion of SwunkCraft.

19) Do not harass, annoy, intimidate, or threaten any of our employees or agents engaged in providing any portion of SwunkCraft to you.

20) Do not upload or transmit (or attempt to upload or to transmit) viruses, Trojan horses, or other material, including excessive use of capital letters and spamming (continuous posting of repetitive text), that interferes with any party’s uninterrupted use and enjoyment of SwunkCraft or modifies, impairs, disrupts, alters, or interferes with the use, features, functions, operation, or maintenance of SwunkCraft.

21) Do not upload or transmit (or attempt to upload or to transmit) any material that acts as a passive or active information collection or transmission mechanism, including without limitation, clear graphics interchange formats (“gifs”), 1×1 pixels, web bugs, cookies, or other similar devices (sometimes referred to as “spyware” or “passive collection mechanisms” or “pcms”).

22) Do not attempt to impersonate staff members, or cause confusion about authority on SwunkCraft. This can be copying of PFP, Usernames, Skins, or any other identifying information. As well as lying to other members about your status.
